First Class and Priority Shipping
I recommend purchasing Priority Shipping as it provides coverage on your items.
Items that are lost or stolen in the mail have to file a claim with USPS. Once you have filed a claim we can proceed with replacement items.
With First Class shipping you are unable to file a claim as the shipping you chose is not covered by insurance on your items.
This process may take some time to get sorted out. But you will be taken care of.
Items for some reason with the USPS have shown delivered when they are not and show up a couple days later. I personally have had that happen.
